What do you think? Is it harmful?
The car is not new. It's a Peugeot 206 model. I would say moderately noisy.
I think it's more the feeling of the vibrations of the engine. Like the bass sound that I perceive more when I wear my muffs.

Would take at least a 15 minute break every two hours or so, and wear plugs if it feels uncomfortable. If you’re driving with other people, just say you are super tired and need some sleep as an excuse to wear plugs..

Loud noise exposure / headphone accident maybe?
I use plugs in a car like that, at least at highway speeds, just too uncomfortable.

I'm thinking about getting underwood insulation for my Seat Ibiza...

I did measure at 120kms/h and it is 70db..
