Ear Sizzling

My ear has been sizzling with the dentist's drill all day. It actually hurts. There is this area underneath my ear that hurts. I think it's a gland. It often hurts but only on my tinnitus side. Anyone else get this?

I've had pain in my ears on really bad ringing days during the first month of this. If your glands are swollen go to the doctor. That's probably unrelated.

No it's related. I get it with the ear pain and I'm not sick.
