they help some but wind up making my ear sore only other thing that helps when im inside is having the tvturned up as loud as I can stand itand its winter time now when it warms back up thru the summer its not as bad Im outside as much as I can be
I haven't used ear phones or head phones since I got tinnitus because I don't want to risk further damaging my ears, and I wouldn't recommend you have you TV up really loud because it can also further damage your ears. I keep my TV on in the background and have it on a good volume that isn't to loud, also try not to focus on it as much while watching TV even though it may be hard!
