      Hello,
      I have had tinnitus for one month (5 days after a long dental session, jaw wide open).

      I presume this is the cause of my tinnitus because my ENT tells me that I have no hearing loss.

      I have 2 different tinnitus noises:
      - constant high frequency;
      - sort of pulsatile sound with very far sawmill sounds.

      When I put earplugs or earmuffs on, both of my tinnitus noises are very present.
      But after few minutes, the constant tinnitus seems to evaporate.
      Only the pulsatile tinnitus is audible.

      When I move/turn in the bed, the constant tinnitus spikes and decreases in 5/10 seconds.

      Is this common? Anyone experience the same thing?

      Would it mean that my tinnitus is somatic?

      Any ideas on what can be the cause and how to treat it?

      Thank you for your help.
