Cannot stop the ringing and have tried everything from drops to pills to herbal remedies to hearing aids.

No relief ever. Can't go out sometimes. Don't go to social events. Only have 30% hearing in my left ear.

No fluid, had my eardrum pierced, no help.

Have to have TV on while sleeping to help drown out noise. Weather changes makes it worse and makes me feel like there is water clogged in my ear but there is none.

7 specialists couldn't help. Can't concentrate need help!

Anyone know what I can do to get some relief?

You could look into rTMS treatments...

Do you have conductive or sensorineural losses in that ear?

Hi, I have been diagnosed with both from two different specialists. The other doctor's I saw said it was mixed but they were honest and since it happened close to when I had pneumonia it was probably more sensorineural.

Well it shouldn't be a guessing game. When you go for a hearing test, they can determine with a good certainty whether it's sensorineural or conductive or both (you'll know the contribution of each at each frequency).
It's really important to know, because the conductive part may be worked on, and if it turns out you have otosclerosis, there are some meds you could be taking right now to try and arrest it so it doesn't worsen your sensorineural losses.
