Fullness in Ear

After wakin up my ears feel full almost every day.
When i go dowstairs mine parakeet starts to whitsle and ik feel my eardrum plopping. Some sounds isn't plessant for my ears.
But as the day goes by the fullness amost goes away and also the unplessant feeling of sound in my ears.

Anybody have the same? And why does it happen?
