      Just found and watched this great video by Dr. Hall on how to evaluate research, part of the science-based medicine series.

      Here is the checklist from the video:

      Bausell offers a simple 4-item checklist of things to look for to judge whether a study is likely to be credible:
      • Randomized with a credible control group
      • At least 50 subjects per group
      • Dropout rate 25% or less
      • Published in a high-quality, prestigious, peer-reviewed journal
