Grinding Teeth Spikes Tinnitus?!

I'm almost so sure my T is from ETD, or at least I know I have ETD because I pop my ears a lot by moving my jaw and I also do the Valsalva a lot and it works..

Although, the past few days when I get and bed and sleep on one of my sides my T spikes in a high pitched ring... And just now I was grinding my teeth and every time I grinded/held my jaw in a weird position, my T had that same spike! Is this TMJ? Maybe my T was caused by ETD but worsened by TMJ?

I would see your dentist who can look at your use and feel it and do a x-ray.
If he or she suspects TMJ a mouth guard can be made to go over your lower teeth at night to release jaw pressure and protect teeth from wearing down....lots of love glynis

I have ETD too and two dentist said, I have TMJ too. But after 1 months treatment by bite guard I didn't see any improvement. I just want to say you may have TMJ but cause of your Tinnitus is something else.
