Habituating to Different Tinnitus Tones/Pitches? Can It Be Done?

I have loads of different sounds and pitches in both ears, most not super loud but still there. Will it be possible to habituate to so many different ones? Very scared.

Many people do habituate to tinnitus with time. It is important to know what caused your tinnitus? Therefore, if you haven't had any tests done at ENT yet then I suggest you make an appointment. If your tinnitus was caused by "exposure to loud noise," then I suggest you keep away from clubs, concerts for a while and don't use headphones even at low volume. Yes, habituation doesn't differentiate between different tones. It's more like your brain tunes out the tinnitus as a whole.

Really? And it is possible even for quite severe/ unmaskable tinnitus?
