Have you tried being without headphones for a year?

If yes, did it have any effect on your tinnitus?

 

I have cut out all headphone usage. I only used it to play tabletop games online anyway. Now I use mic with speakers. The only reason a person without tinnitus should even use them, in my opinion, is for excersing or listening to music on mass transport/in public.
