Having a Tough Night... (Spike in My Right Ear, the Loudness Is Hurting My Ear)

      Having a spike in my right ear and the loudness is hurting my ear...

      Anxiety disorder
      Try counting down from 200 to 0. Forgot where you were? No problem at all, start counting down from 200 again. It helps me to shift my focus off the tinnitus, might help you too.

      did your spike ever go down? Seems like youve had quite a few over the years and they go down to normal correct?
