      Hi Everyone,

Thought I would take a moment to let you know about the website called headspace, I've tried all the usual sound apps on my phone etc but sometimes I find headspace better - there is also an app for your phone.

My work have been good at letting my take short breaks throughout the day when my tinnitus is bad, what I do is find a quiet room and start one of the 10 minutes exercises which focus on breathing and positive thought. it's more of a meditation thing but I sometimes feel better after the exercises.

Thought I would share as it might help someone else :)

Thanks @Allan Anderson, I have that app and Calm, but I havent considered asking my work about taking some quick little breaks like you suggest; great idea.
