Cause of Tinnitus
Pregnancy or mild hearing loss.. Who knows.
This is the result of my hearing test. They noted mild hearing loss on the upper ranges, I think my right ear only. I haven't really been able to find a sound that masks what I'm hearing as its very high frequency.. Does this test indicate what sounds I should look for to try and mask? Anyone have any tips?

Have you found any sounds that successfully mask?

Natalie,

Try a product called myNoise, which you can get for your phone from my noise.net (or Apple's App Store).

For each sound, it has ten slider volume controls that allow you to boost or lower the volume for certain frequencies. One of the sounds, such as Rain or Temple Bells should work for you.

This is such a great product that I will post it in another thread for others to see.
