   I am feeling a heavy sensation on my left ear where the T is . Is that normal? Or am I having an infection?

   Cause of Tinnitus:

   First time: Noise 2nd Time: Ototoxic drug

   If you mean a feeling of fullness or pressure in your affected ear, then that's normal. Most of us with tinnitus have had this at one time or another. It has to do with the Eustachian tube, and is nothing to worry about.
