Help, Urgent: I Woke Up with a Fullness in the Left Ear and It Is Roaring. Should I Go to the ER?

I woke up with a fullness in the left ear and it is roaring. Should i go to the ER?

Ent checked my ears, nothing rhere
Said to do an urgrnt hearing test and return. Please if someone is reading rhis and understands what's going on-

 

done hearing test, came perfect. so he said it's the ear tubes that it should get resolved in a few days. Thoughts?
