      Hello Sara

I am a student too with tinnitus. I have read your story and I think you are a brave, intelligent student. I have been having tinnitus since I was 15 years old. At the beginning, it was hard for me too. I felt scared and couldn't find a solution on the internet to cure my tinnitus. I didn't sleep very well and I was wondering sometimes what to do if it would become worse. Luckily, I talked with my parents and they supported me. Now I am 22 years old and I am trying to get a diploma, just like you. There are moments I have difficulties to concentrate when I have to read or to study but it gives me the feeling too that I can cope with my tinnitus.

I think, you should go to France and try to make the best of it. When you are depressed or said you can talk with your parents by telephone or they can visit you in France. It isn't a failure to go back to Italy and your family anyway. I wish you good luck with your scholarship for Erasmus.
