So today was going so well. As some points i was starting to think, nay, believe my t was going to easy to conquer....I could only really hear it when everything was silent...

Went for a walk and listening to the radio (on quiet, not that my t is related to hearing loss).

Back home. Turned to tv on. after a couple of minutes I hear I high pitched tone. I say hear, it was quiet and more like a feeling. I've had this a little already so turned the tv off...the noise was still there. Walked round the house...still there....headphones on....can still hear it.... It can't mask it..

I know stressing won't help but I wasn't stressed when it started!!!

      Am I now!!!!

      And.....breathe!!!

So......Well, it's still there in the morning and was on and off during the night. As you can imagine, sleep was once again hard to come by.

I cant work this out though...why this new noise, I was doing so well. The fact it cant be masked means it might be in my head?? My subconscious throwing a curve ball in...or maybe its always been there and now I'm choosing to hear it!! Yesterday, other than the above I also become aware of another wave of it during a relaxation CD with headphones in, how odd.

One thing is for sure though, stressing about it will only make it worse...and now my t in my right ear is back due to this!!!

Back at work tomorrow for the first time since this kicked off (was on vacation). Hopefully a return to some normality
