      Hi guys

So, I probs don’t deserve a say here as I’ve only suffered for 3 weeks but I felt I owed it to people for hope. I read every article online about ‘Will it go’ yes I only had it for a short time but it went. Forget the time. If it’s possible for mine to go, then the rubbish that ‘it will never go’ is...rubbish. It does. Yes it may take longer but take solace in the fact that it is not for life. Ignore what you read. It may take months or years (hopefully not) but the fact that I’ve proved it can come and go (forget the time scale, biology doesn’t lie) surely gives hope. Good luck guys. Keep your chin up. It will get better x

@Damian25 Did you notice the tone/volume of your T fading and lowering before it went away completely?

And please enjoy the silence, on behalf of all of us here :)

Did you get a hearing test just for the fun of it to see whether any hearing loss occurred due to acoustic trauma?

If it doesn't go away within 6 months, then it might be permanent though. Good for you it's gone.
