      Hi @ofaisalo

We all gradually lose some hearing throughout our lives, there are no exceptions to this, it is just nature at work - as we get older we lose hearing at the highest frequencies (mostly they don't have much use for people anyway).

The best thing you can do, now that you are aware of the potential risks of hearing loss, is to protect and care for your ears. Learn about loud environments, don't expose yourself to loud sounds that can cause damage, use hearing protection when you need to and don't become obsessed by it.

If your ears and hearing are fine now I do not think that you have anything to worry about.

To put it in perspective, pretty much everyone has hearing loss in varying degrees. It’s unlikely everyone has every hair cell and nerve intact.

Well it’s off topic, but anyway it was ear wax solution and possibly the resulting stress/anxiety when it felt like it went way too far into my ear. Could have been a number of contributing factors that added to it also.

Many things since such as micro suction haven’t helped at all. I’ve read up on enough of that stuff anyway.
