Very chaotic, find peace in the chaos.
Push yourself to keep busy even though the ringing makes you depressed and not wanna do anything. Push through that shit and kill it, one day at a time

Hey @Lynny I have been feeling the same way you've been feeling. I've changed so much because no one understands my pain. My parents won't let me live at home with them because I complain of the noise so much so I had to move out with my older sister. :/ None of my friends even ask if I'm doing fine, they have no clue. I was a Producer/DJ when this happened to me.

Recently I've been taking CBD oils and edibles and it actually does a great job of covering up the ringing at night for me. Try it please!

But we will get out of this, we can heal from this and recover 100%
