I have him on my I pad ,only thing I'm not in agreement with him is the Athiest views he has ,that I ignore ,but even then I like to read his views,he would never convert me to his unbeliever views ,no one on this planet could do that .
That said we've all got opinions on all subjects .Go have a look on his views . Interesting .

 

He's just a kid. Wait to you hit your 60's, buddy. Count one, count two, count twenty various remedies and still nothing works better than _________ . Well, you fill in the blank because that's how it will be. One pill, one shot, one laser treatment, one device later and whatever it is that works best will go into that blank. For me, it is sound therapy. I will preach it from the roof tops to my dying days. Without it, there is no moving on from the constant inspection of what's going on in my head. Maybe you'll try sound. Let's hope.

That's a great article you posted. Thanks for good read. He brings up some great points. I very much enjoy this paragraph:
Of course, worrying about the future is a recipe for unhappiness. “What if this gets worse? What if I’m permanently incapacitated?” If the answer to a question cannot be known and would serve no purpose even if one could know it, there is no point in asking the question. The truth is that I don’t know how I will feel an hour from now, much less next year.
