Hyperacusis and Ear Pain

Hello, I have T 10 week now, my ears is starting to hurt from noise , is this H? and does it go away?, when someone is talking to me in the same room , my ears hurts..HELP!. Information on what to do will be appreciated.

 

Could be a form of hyperacusis?
Use hearing protection in loud situations?

Hello; I also suffer from ear pain from sound, even at conversational levels. I am new to this forum and found your thread. Have you made any progress with respect to the pain? Thank you, Christian
