My brother have Hyperacusis & Ear Pain with Head Pain.
I especially want to ask about a headache.
Headache appeared after a few months (?) since the appearance of Hyperacusis.
A tense headache under the skin.

Is Head Pain a standard thing with Hyperacusis?

Like tinnitus, hyperacusis comes in various levels of intensity: mild, moderate or severe. It is experienced differently between people although, they may share similar characteristics of the condition.

Fridge, computer fans and lots of annoying sounds and stress
What I dont get is why it always only stays at one ear and shifts from one to the other. I never have the TTTS happen to both ears at the same time

I can relate to this. It might just be that the brain compares the two ears, and the less painful one feels OK in relation to the bad one
