I Can Handle the Tinnitus, But the Hyperacusis Is Something Else

Dam I can handle the tinnitus the hyperacusis is something else. Does it ever tapper, what can I do?
It brings up the anxiety! Any advice suggestions. Your going along then zow ouch a sound gets you going!

Get something to help with your anxiety from your Dr. I had Ativan and it helped me with my H and T

H is horrible. 2 years in almost and still dealing. .reactive t, nerve pain, headaches

I suggest clonazepam, or flexeril.

Most get better in time, don't overprotect your ears (85db)

It was the latter. two mg of Lorazapam.
No specialist very little love. And a 5,000 bill.
I was also in the midst of ten days without a bowel movement.
No xray or cat scan. My digestive track is still not right. In thinking ny anxiety gone up another notch.
Any suggestions? Thanks
