I used to have a sleep schedule from about 3am to 11am. The past few days I have moved it back to 12 am to 8am and am feeling very off today. Is this normal and if so will it go away and how long does it last?

Your body will do all sorts of things when your sleep schedule is changed, even by a few hours. Your body appreciates consistency. You will be fine in a day or so granted you have not had long term sleep problems, and I think the change in sleeping hours was overall a good decision.

Thanks so much. I am trying it out to see if I can get less depression in the winter time because of less sunlight.
