      Dear Family,

I have a 100 million dollar question for you. I know there are a lot of senior members here in this forum like Michael, Billie, Fishbone, Glynis, Markku (sorry if I spelled any name wrong).
I expect them to reply to this post which may help many unlucky newbies on this forum like me.

My question is simple and straightforward.

What all things should I do for habituation? Should I ignore the sound or mask it? What all things have to be avoided? What all things are mandatory to habituation? Usually how long it takes to habituate? What will happen after habituation? I can't hear the sound for a whole day? Is it really possible?

Try not to fear your sound and push hard to stay happy and make nice plans.
Keep relaxing sound on around you when your ears are getting to you and need relax.
Make sure you sleep well and keep your ears warm in cold weather and off load any stress ...
      Love glynis
