I also know that we can not actually 'turn off' our Tinnitus.
If we have deafness, we have lost hearing.
If we have Tinnitus, we have lost our quiet.
Our beautiful delicious quiet.
I so loved my quiet, my silence.
We all did. But it has gone.
BUT - I know we can get better, at acceptance.
We can get better at keeping calm,
We will get stronger.
We will get better at getting on with our lives.
We will come through this, with each other's help and comfort.
We must preserve our Peace of mind.
I hope everyone has a good Christmas,
and thank you to everybody on here who has helped me, and made a big difference.
