I Need a Quick Answer! Should I Go to the Sauna and Go Swimming?

My friends came to my cottage and they are currently now in the sauna!

I am now in another room, because should I go swimming?

I have had 3 pretty loud days in a row. So should I go to the sauna and go swimming? We will probably swim for 2 hours. :O

It's not like going to a concert, noises in swimming pool can be annoying for some people but they are not damaging. Just avoid staying next to the lifeguard when he's about to whistle or next to crazy screaming kids.

@Christophe_85 Hello! I normally swim about 3 times per week when I can. I only find it to be beneficial. Good to get some endorphins too!

@Christophe_85 Well it did not cause any oermanent damage. Splashing water did sound a little loud to my ears. Btw I was swimming in ocean not at a swimming pool.
