I am suffering from Tinnitus since 2012. The first years I could manage it quite well, but since 3 months the tinnitus is becoming louder and I don't know what to do. I don't want any medical help, because I know, that there is definitely no chance to cure tinnitus. But I love music and I love nature, has anybody some recommendations for self-help?

thank you very much for your reply and the LLLT-tip.
The thread is very interesting. But a laser treatment seems a bit dangerous to me, especially if I built the device on my own not having the equipment to control the power. And ready built devices will not be able to choose the nm-value that is right for me because it depends on the used laser diode.
But on the other hand I feel that in my case the problem is not caused by the cochlea. It is exacctly equal on both ears and I'm sure the problem is my brain.
