Cause of Tinnitus
Stress?
Hello, I know to join you have to provided when and how you got tinnitus but I don't know if I do or not. I have a ringing in my ears that has now evolved into (for a lack of better term) beating (like I can hear my heartbeat?)

My ears feel full. I can hardly sleep. Lucky to get 2-3 hours. I went to my urgent care and they said my tubes weren't draining but none of the medication they gave worked (Steroids, Antibiotics, Sudafed, a nasal spray) it feels like it has gotten worse.

I've had it since around 11-14-17. I'm losing hope. I'm seeing an ENT on 1-23-18. I've read a lit of threads here and it sounds similar. Any advice or help is appreciated. Thanks.

can T be caused by stress/anxiety? Or do they make it worse? I've been prone to major stress and anxiety and panic attacks (I take Zoloft) Thank you.

Thank you. I guess the first step is to try and stop overthinking it, but I don't want to live like this. I'm scared that it'll get worse and never go away. But I'll try those steps to calm down.
