I go to the dentist tomorrow morning to get a cavity filled and a defect fixed. The cavity is on the bottom far left molar.

Anyone else have had this experience with tinnitus? I'm really nervous because my tinnitus is very low right now.

I've been to the dentist many times with tinnitus. Not that you have a choice. My dentist provided me with Bose noise cancelling headphones and music after telling her of my condition. She completely understood and worked with me.
I've since used good (3M Classic) earplugs. Both work.
Good luck. You'll be fine as long as you keep your ears protected.
