I'm 35 Today and Started 20 Years Ago

Was scared to tell anyone till 2 years ago and that was my problem, now 75% deaf and tinnitus is a nightmare.

Do you have hearing aids to help with a white noise setting?
I know how you feel as I have it blasting in both !
I'm nearly 52 and has it 12 years due to Menieres and hearing getting worse.

Make sure you have a few people you can talk to about it face to face and we are here around the clock to support you.

I'm glad that you are no longer afraid to reach out for help and I hope you can find some help here. Sometimes, it just helps to communicate with others who can understand. I am completely deaf in one ear with constant tinnitus in that ear but I am quite a bit older than you are. I hate to see you go through all of this at such a young age.
Stress can increase tinnitus and I understand why you are stressed, but finding a way to decrease the stress might help. Have you sought help from a therapist at all?
