I'm About to Start College Soon, Help

I am crying right now how? How do I make this tinnitus more bearable? How do I get rid of the high pitch sound? How do I live with this?

 

How much gingko biloba should I take I have been taking three everyday 120 me now I am about to take two is that bad?

 

Is it safe to take gabapentin and melatonin?

Hope you have started to settle in at college and make some new friends and getting college support from the head of year or tutour for your tinnitus .
Do what you can to relax and off load stress .
White noise generators might help you so try get a refural to audiology.
Try to stay positive and not let low mood take hold and find things you enjoy doing.
Have a chat to a pharmacist about the Medicines.

Please help for the past few days there has been a vibrating noise in my right ear. It is DRIVING ME INSANE!!!!!!!!!!! It sounds like one of those mini messages whenever they vibrate. I have had congestion for the passed two weeks. Saw the doctor yesterday and she said she found nothing in my ears. PLEASE HELP!!!

 

Alright I think I have pulsatile tinnitus now. Because I listened to a recording of a whooshing sound that is from pulsatile tinnitus and it sounded VERY similar to what I have been hearing. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

 

Hey Emz. You might want to reconsider going to that concert before you get this clear fluid figured out. I personally would avoid any unnecessary loud places until such time. Yay you for going to college! Wish you tons of luck.

No one here can pop out of your screen and cure this. Keep talking to your doctor, see an ENT, and have any tests and scans done they ask.

 

I have tried all supplements and masking in the past. Unfortunately for me, mine has stuck with me and now....... well now I just suck it up. Takes a long time to get to this point I'm afraid!
