I'm New to the Forum — Tinnitus for 2.5 Years from Acoustic Trauma

Hi Everyone. I'm so glad to be part of this forum. It's great to know I'm not alone when it comes to this condition. The shared stories are so encouraging. I have had tinnitus for about 2.5 years from acoustic trauma. Thanks for all your support.

Do you have noise induced pain, sensitive hearing or notice some sound are abnormally loud?

Did you have anyone test you for hearing loss?

Did you try any supplements for your tinnitus and related issues?

What exactly was your noise trauma, a history of abuse or a sudden exposure if not both?
