Is there a thread that lists the time sensitive, immediate, and possibly helpful treatments/actions upon tinnitus onset?

- HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy)

That's all I am aware of. You can try taking NAC.

Try to protect your ears from moderate noises like that of a vacuum cleaner.
