Increased Tinnitus Loudness from SOD (Superoxide Dismutase)

So I got tinnitus earlier this year from oral Neomycin (4 doses). It has modulated up and down. Some days better, some days rough. I'm 8 months into this, still hoping it dwindles with time.

Anyway, I had some SOD earlier in the year, and got increased tinnitus loudness about 12 hours later. I wasn't sure if it was the SOD or not.

Well, two days ago, I tried SOD again (~4 months after 1st time), and it again spiked my tinnitus.

Curious if others have had this experience, or know why. SOD (Superoxide Dismutase) is supposed to be an antioxidant, and if anything, helpful for the ears.

Figured I'd post this, to get others' feedback, or possibly a cautionary tale for others in the future.
