Is It Possible to Access BMJ Articles for Free?

Hi everyone

There's an article about microsuction I'm interested in on the BMJ but I can't read the full article unless I'm subscribed to the BMJ or I pay a fee to access the article for a day. Can articles be accessed free of charge or not?
