My tinnitus sound is and has always been placed right in the center of my head. I've never been able to assign it to one ear or the other.

Is there anything to be read into here? Causality or anything?

I am absolutely sure it is. Too bad so-called doctors are aloof.

I think head tinnitus is bad.

I don't know what it means. I do know that people have posted here that even though their tinnitus started more in the ears, it eventually moved more to the center of their head, what we call head tinnitus. So I think it can change its location, I don't necessarily think it means its worse, better, but i can be wrong. I also have this.
