I have two completely different kinds of sounds. One of it is definitely tinnitus, it's almost non-stop high pitch, with variable volume. About this one I have no doubts.
Then I have another sound, a bit like vibration or buzzing, something like vibrating phone, but not loud and not all the time (quite often though), and it can disappear within seconds, as soon as change position of my neck but then comes back almost immediately.
I asked my GP about it and he said that since there is no organ or anything in my head that can buzz, it must be connected with my tinnitus. Also someone suggested it might have something to do with my vascular system around the neck.
Any other ideas or thoughts?
P.S. I will ask my otolaryngologist as soon as soon as my visit happens.
