It's been a while since I've checked on here, mainly because I haven't let my "T" bother me. I wanted to come in here to give some people hope and some thoughts to tell them that it DOES get better as time goes along. Just keep at it and keep trying to fight to discover the root cause of your T (even if it was sound induced!) and how you can either habituate or get rid of it one day. Best of all, stay as busy as you possibly can and get as much exercise as you can. It'll help you in the long run and make you forget about this silly noise in your head/ears!! Stay positive my fellow T sufferers!

I'm glad you're doing great! How is your T volume compared to April? You said it had lowered significantly then.

No real change from this past April. It's pretty much stayed the same but I'm dealing with it better and trying what I can to "get rid of it". I'm strongly considering Accupuncture for it but money is tight right now. The good news is, it's not bothering me at all so this is a big step in the right direction. At days, I forget it's even there!
