Hi all! So I've been struggling with T for 2 months now (noise/headphone/prolonged exposure). Had an initial 2 week period where I was at my absolute worst (fullness/H/anxiety/depression/trouble sleeping/suicidal). Sleep was difficult, but became better after two weeks where I could finally lay on my side again and not need maskers. The following month and a half have been filled with slight H and spikes (reactive to sound/salt/sugar).

Now my most recent problem for the past 2.5 weeks has been experiencing some weird discomfort and tension in my jaw joint by my ear. It just feels so heavy at the joint and I experience it the most when I'm laying (either on my back/side/or stomach). I have been trying to do some jaw exercises, with not much help. I read about T being caused by TMJ, but has anyone had this after getting T? I never had a problem with my jaw till after T.
