Hello

I've had tinnitus for years but it's got very bad since Xmas. My heart beat in my ears and now ringing loudly too. I feel very down at the moment I must admit but it's lovely to find a forum like this. Makes you feel a little less alone when you can feel lonely in a room of a 1000 people sometimes x

What help have you had for tests?
Sometimes a low beta blocker can help or hearing aids.....love glynis

Thank you I'm in the middle of all the tests at the moment. Also have an appointment for counselling set up for next month. I was put on BB's but I think they may have something to do with the sudden ringing. Feel like I cannot win at the moment x

Your description above seems to point to pulsatile tinnitus as it is blood pressure related. Perhaps make a post in the Pulsatile Tinnitus support forum. Take good care. God bless.
