So I was lying on my bed on the left side watching some random stuff on YouTube when suddenly the area close to the left ear started to vibrate in a manner like the sound I was listening to. As soon as I cut off the sound, the vibration stopped, and started again when I turned the sound on.

This isn't the first time, and has occurred several times before without me taking it seriously until now. Is it something I should be concerned of?

I'm male, 18. I listen to music often, mostly without headphones compared to few years before when I always used headphones.

      Hi @Gson.

Let me start by stating that I am not a doctor. But, if your ear is vibrating in relation to the sounds you are hearing, there may be something physically wrong in there. The ear is a complex system consisting of many interrelated and moving parts, that I am fairly certain we are not supposed to feel move.

You should see a doctor, and most likely an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist (ENT).

And, it is probably good to eschew headphone use. If you have not come across this yet, @Michael Leigh wrote the following, informative article on Headphones and Tinnitus.
