      Overloaded stress
      Yes, Lithium is working for me. The best it can. I do not take other meds. I have blood work done to check its levels. I have been on it for 3 years.

      Yes, what I mean is Lithium leveled out most side effects of tinnitus and spikes I was having.

      I have 3 tones that go up and down. Did my tinnitus go away? No. But I believe I habituated well with the help of Lithium.

      I was offered Lithium years ago by a psychiatrist pre-tinnitus. I’m glad it’s helping you to level things out and provide some relief. I have mostly static noise now. I seemed to get 1 day relief from a steroid injection to my left TMJ. Maybe it contained lidocaine? My jaw doesn’t bother me that much.
