Yep... only as needed. I break off a small bit of a 1 mg when it is getting late and I have been too restless to sleep naturally or the T is too loud.... or I know I am going to have high stress next day.
      This is my only med.

I've used 0.50 mg for sleep with good results.

However, I did notice some minor withdrawal symptoms (shakiness) the following day, but that seems to have disappeared for now.

I am not in a stressful cycle right now. Sometimes I will go for months with no help. My T has been exceptionally kind for a while now so I am not tense most times.

But, believe me, when the T was too annoying, and my stress level raged due to it, I would not hesitate as I used to to take a bit of a 1 mg. I will only suffer so much! ;)

Can one get addicted to as little as .25 mg every three days?
