Loud Droning Sound

Hi, I've developed this chronic loud droning sound ever since coming off Valium at the end of January.

I'd had it off and on before that, but now it's every day. Sometimes it is very loud. I just hear the droning in my right ear (the left ear already had the more typical ringing sound), but when it is really loud it feels like the whole right side of my head is vibrating and there's pressure in my right ear too.

It tends to spike when I have on my hearing aids in a quiet room.

Does anyone else have this? Any idea what causes it?
