Lately my tinnitus has been acting up and it's really starting to bother me. I have the same regular constant ringing but on top of that I have this squeaky high pitch ringing that comes and goes sometimes on top of the constant ringing. Having these two different noises at the same time makes this even more unbearable.
Does anyone else have the two different noises? The high pitched ringing also changes how it sounds, like it will have different pitches sometimes.
