I've just started noticing this low humming tinnitus I've had in both ears for the last month and a half seems to get quieter when I tilt my head back and louder when I bring it forward again.
Could this be an indicator of something serious? I've had completely quiet days and other days seemingly when I'm more stressed it rears its head.
I'm 30 years old, it's in both ears when it appears.
