I injured my shoulder three weeks ago. For the past two weeks, I took the maximum dose of ibuprofen to try to be comfortable. My shoulder is feeling good enough to stop. I have three things working that can increase the ringing: ibuprofen, fluid in my ears and tension in my neck. I'm not sure which is causing the added ringing, but I dropped one.
