Hey guys, hope you are having a good so far .. :)
Well i got T from loud noise in left ear and then it moved to the right one ,Im 4 weeks in ..
T in my right ear was a little reactive but now it has gotten worse , i can hear it over every daily sound and also its plugged .. I think i have what is called Winding up . Okay now the real problem is that i have a burning or fluterring sensation in my eardrum and probably developping H also dunno . So anyone knows what can i do to not worsen my situation ? Should i stay away from daily noise or ? And also what can i do to prevent H or there is no escape ?
Thanks for your time
Cheers

To help yourself definately stay away from loud noise, let your ear nerve repair if it can. Have nature sounds playing around you day and night if you can bear it. It needs to be at a comfortable level. It's best not to have total silence as it names T seem louder. I don't know if you can stop H but playing nice sounds should help it ease back. But remember stay away from noise, especially as you have reactive T.

Contrary to what certain audiologists and TRT clinicians might tell you, these are warning signs your body is sending you. You should keep sound exposure to a minimum. This is a typical symptom of a wounded auditory system. Give yourself the best chance to heal. We know nerve tissue doesn't get replaced but it does heal regardless.

The important thing is to not develop a fear of sound as a whole. That's another issue. Give yourself some time and I'm confident it will subside significantly.
